Make a Bath Bun or Traditional Cream Tea

Fun, short classes at an established Cookery School in the city centre, taught by highly experienced chefs in a fully-equipped, light and airy kitchen with stunning views over the river and Bath Abbey.

Classes to make these tasty English classics last for 2 hours. At the end, sit down and enjoy your creations with a cup of well-earned tea! 

Minimum group size of 8 required.


Longer (half-day and full-day) courses also available to make more complex British vegetarian dishes. Separate dining/meeting room exists, ideal for corporate use (a great team-building experience!)

Chef demonstrations also possible.

Morris Dancing!

A form of English folk dance dating back 600 years, Morris Dancing is great fun to watch and a quintessentially English experience. Come along and see what it's all about, maybe join in (!) or just enjoy a chat with the dancers over a pint in the pub afterwards.


Painting and Drawing

Slow down! Really stop and engage in this city's beautiful surroundings by participating in a session with our professional artist. 

Sketch the scene(s) of your choice in Bath. All equipment is provided. Half day sessions available with lunch/afternoon tea/champagne as well as mini 2 hour sessions on request. 

An activity suitable for all ages and abilities. Something for the whole family to enjoy together. 

Bookings outside of Bath in scenic settings, such as Stonehenge, also possible.

Horse Drawn Carriage Tours in Bath

What better way to view historic Bath than in a traditional horse drawn carriage? Tours last either 20 mins or up to an hour. Champagne can be provided to make the occasion even more special.



Rowing and Punting on the River Avon

Hire a punt, canoe or skiff by the hour and sample the delights of Bath from the river. Stop off at a pub en route to top up your energy levels!


Hot Air Balloon Rides

See Bath from above! Bailey Balloons run by Clive & Jo Bailey, offers a wide range of Champagne Balloon Rides over the stunning Georgian City of Bath launching from Royal Victoria Park, adjacent to the Royal Crescent. The experience will take 3-4 hours with about an hour's balloon flight, including chilled Champagne and a flight certificate, plus transport back to the launch site. Flights take place just after dawn and a few hours before sunset.
