Neil and Charlotte:
  • 15 minute drive from the city centre (5.3 km from Bath Abbey). Regular buses available.
  • Beautiful Southstoke village, on the edge of Bath with breathtaking, countryside views
  • Spacious home and fabulous garden
  • Original part of house is an 1810 period cottage
  • 1 double room and largely private bathroom
  • 1 cat
  • Optional lessons available in English



Julia and Charlie:
  • City centre location (1.4 km from Bath Abbey)
  • Spacious, period home with garden
  • Upmarket Bathwick area of Bath
  • 1 double and 1 single room
  • Private bathroom
  • No pets
  • Both hosts are good cooks
  • Charlie is a keen amateur Astronomer

  • Residential Newbridge location (3.8 km from Bath Abbey)
  • Pleasant walk through Royal Victoria Park to the city centre

  • Spacious semi-detached house with large garden
  • 2 double rooms (1 has 3 x children's beds)
  • Shared bathroom
  • Very warm, friendly, welcoming hosts offering good food
  • Helen offers gardening tips and/or tours of private gardens in Bath







Kate and family:
  • 30 minute walk down into the city centre (4.5 km from Bath Abbey). Buses available for the steep walk back up the hill.

  • 1 newly refurbished loft room available sleeping up to 3 with ensuite bathroom
  • Friendly, experienced hosts. 2 children aged 9 & 15.

Kate and Jim:
  • Outskirts of Bath (Odd Down). 10 minute bus ride or 40 minute walk into city centre (5.2km from Bath Abbey). Regular buses available (5-10 minute walk to bus stop).
  • Quaint cottage full of character
  • 1 double bedroom with shared bathroom
  • Friendly hosts, largely vegetarian cooking
  • Stunning views over surrounding countryside, very peaceful setting.



Sarah & Family:
  • Popular residential area (Bear Flat), close to the city centre. 15 minute downhill walk or short bus ride into city centre (2.7km from Bath Abbey). Very regular buses available.
  • Period Edwardian spacious terraced house with character
  • 1 large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the loft
  • Sarah has two boys aged 13 and 15
  • 1 small, friendly dog and 1 cat
  • Sarah is a qualified piano teacher and offers piano lessons. From August 2016 she will be a qualified English (TEFL) teacher too.
